A really great experience, the barber was very personable and educated, he took time to discuss what I wanted. The haircut was executed well and I was happy with the result. The overall experience was very calm compared to the normal rush of a barber shop and provided an opportunity to relax, not something I can usually do when having my hair cut. Brilliant haircut, a truly unique experience never had before. Not just a quick in and out rushed haircut like a typical barber's. Bhav is such a gent and made me feel so comfortable immediately. SHED is a comfortable and relaxed environment providing a personal, customer focused service. Although times are indicated on the booking, it's clear that this is just a guide and not a factor for Bhav, with service and quality being priority. Bhav immediately identified my hair type and the challenges cutting and styling it, which is something no other barber in Leamington has done, so straight away I knew I was in good hands. Typical me I always leave everything to last minute. It’s Saturday and all the barbers local to me were fully booked up. I found the SHED a little further away and gave them a call. Bhav was lovely and so precise. He asked me ever little detail to what I needed and offered me an appointment. As a young woman I was a little worried to begin with that I was going by myself to a barbers to have my hair cut. However, I looked though previous reviews and photos to see that Bhav is very thorough and kind with his replies, it showed devotion and professionalism. Barbers aren’t the best at conversation in general (no judgement to those that are) but in my experience Barbers haven’t engaged and it’s a blind and overpriced undercut/ shape up. During my cut, Bhav was engaging. We first spoke out what I wanted doing and what he thought would look best. He told me everything he was going to do and communicated well. I was looking for a long time for a barber to help me style and deal with my hair loss. Bhav made a visit to my home as I travel often and didn't have time to make it into his store. He spent a good 20-30 minutes just discussing what style would work best, getting to know me and overall making me comfortable with a process that I had really not enjoyed in years. I had always wanted to have the full professional experience of a hot towel shave and had a look around for the highest reviewed place in the area... SHED came up and I was not disappointed at all. Bhav is an excellent barber who has created a really unique experience here. It was very relaxing and the 1-on-1 setup adds to the calm.
