Don’t use this shop for my Hermes drop off, refused to take the parcel... which was a shop return in the exact same packaging it was delivered to me. Extremely rude, just go elsewhere, courtesy costs nothing.

Wouldn't let my guide dog in training in and said that a blind person with a qualified guide dog wouldn't be allowed in either (which is illegal). I only wanted to drop a parcel off and think it was really poor flexibility.

Such a rude and unhelpful man. He has been the same on previous visits. Only went in to send a parcel and ended up arguing with him due to his rudeness. Never going in that shop again. Would give zero stars if I could.
